Castle San Miguel Medieval Night (Castillo San Miguel)Castle San Miguel Medieval Night with battling Knights in Armour, and the famous "The Drifters" singing group Castillo San Miguel is a spectacular night out set in the Castle San Miguel. Entered by crossing the draw bridge to enter the castle where you are met by the Count and Countess. You are taken on a trip back in time, helped by the provided wine you will soon find yourself enjoying the medieval atmosphere. Enjoy the medieval banquet while watching the show with the armour clad knights displaying their prowess with jousting and swordplay. Support one of the Knights with your cheers, who may fight and perhaps give his life in your honour. The show ends with evening's high spot the fabulous and glittering American group "The Drifters Show" Please note: There is another Castillo San Miguel which has a museum at Garachico which is an unspoiled little gem of a town in Northern Tenerife. It has no beaches but great rock pools formed by the lava flows of 1706. Have a look at the local Parish churches paintings and statues. The convents of San Fransisco and Santa Domingo dated around the 16th and 17th century are also in this area. |
